Saporito Oil, Vinegar, Spice — a store where customers can sample over forty flavors of balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil — opened July 1. Looking to bring exceptionally fresh products to the Gainesville community, store owners Keith and Katrine Dunn source their oils from all over the world. “People go to great lengths to buy nutritious, organic vegetables and then dress their salads with cheap, unhealthy oil and vinegar, not realizing these products are substandard and defective,” Katrine explained. “I want to help our community understand the healthy properties of oil and vinegar so they can make better choices.”

Fit Tribe Training Center, a new Gainesville fitness startup, makes fitness convenient for busy professionals by offering training from Fit Tribe’s certified personal trainers at each client’s workplace, home or nearest park. Joseph Brown, a local tax attorney, launched the startup.
